Who we are

Yay! Logo is run by Webb Consulting LLC dba Yay! Logo, 243 Ridge McIntire Road #1042, Charlottesville, VA 22903. In these terms, "we" means that company and "you" means the person using the site.

What Yay! Logo does

You tell us about your business and we draw logo ideas for you. You can change an idea by chatting, save it, and buy the files. You can also upload a logo you already have and get a clean, sharp version.

Logo ideas are made by software with the help of AI. Results vary, and we may limit how many free ideas you can ask for in a day.

Your account

You can try the site without an account. To save or buy a logo you sign in with your email and a code we send you. Keep your email account safe, because anyone who can read your email can sign in.

You must be at least 18 to buy. One account is for one person or one business.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site in US dollars before you pay. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Sales tax may be added where the law requires it.

A pack of five logos gives you five credits. Credits do not expire. Each credit unlocks the files for one saved logo.

What you get

After you pay, you can download the files for that logo from My logos as often as you like. The files in each option are listed on the site before you pay.

For 30 days after you pay, you can keep making changes to a logo you made with us and download the files again. After 30 days the logo is locked as it is. The business name on a paid logo cannot be changed, because a logo with a different name is a different logo.

A logo cleaned up with Fix my current logo is final once saved and cannot be changed afterward.

Refunds

You see your logo on screen before you pay, and the files are delivered right away. For that reason all sales are final and we do not give refunds once files are available to download.

There are two exceptions. We will refund you if you were charged twice for the same thing, or if your files are broken and we cannot fix them.

If something is wrong with your files, write to us at info@yaylogo.com. We answer within two business days and we would much rather fix a problem than leave you unhappy.

Who owns the logos

A logo you paid for is yours. A preview you have not paid for stays ours. The full details, including three honest limits, are on the Logo rights page, which is part of these terms.

What you may not do

• Use a watermarked preview as your logo, or remove the watermark.
• Ask for a logo that copies another company's logo or uses a name or mark you have no right to use.
• Upload a logo that is not yours to Fix my current logo.
• Ask for logos that are hateful, sexual, or meant to mislead people about who you are.
• Use robots or scripts to pull logos from the site, get around daily limits, or resell the service.

We may refuse a request, or close an account that breaks these rules.

What we promise and what we cannot

We work hard to keep the site running and the files correct. Even so, the service is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that a logo is unique, or that it can be registered as a trademark.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits or other indirect losses, and the most we can owe you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

If someone makes a claim against us because of the name, words or logo you gave us, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our costs for that claim.

Changes

We may update the site, the prices and these terms. A price change never affects something you already paid for. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date on this page and tell account holders by email.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Virginia. If you buy as a consumer in another place, you keep any rights your local law says cannot be taken away.
