Who we are

Yay! Logo is run by Webb Consulting LLC dba Yay! Logo, 243 Ridge McIntire Road #1042, Charlottesville, VA 22903. For anything about your information, write to info@yaylogo.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign in. We use it to send your sign-in code and messages about your account or purchase.
• What you tell us about your business: the name, what you do and the style you want. We use it to draw your logos.
• The logos you save: the design itself, its name and the description you gave.
• A record of each purchase: what you bought, the amount, the date and Stripe's reference number.
• A count of how many logo ideas were requested today from your account, or from your internet connection if you are not signed in. For visitors we keep a scrambled form of the internet address, not the address itself. We use this only for daily limits.

What we do not collect

• Your card number. Payment happens on Stripe's page and the card details never reach us.
• The picture you upload to Fix my current logo. It is read inside your browser and never sent to us. Only the clean shapes are saved, and only if you choose to save or buy.
• A password. We sign you in with a code sent to your email.

Companies that help us run the site

We share information only with the services we need to run Yay! Logo, and only what each one needs.

• Anthropic: the AI that helps design your logos. It receives what you typed about your business. It does not receive your email address.
• Supabase: stores accounts and saved logos.
• Stripe: takes payments.
• Resend: delivers our emails.
• Lovable: hosts the website. Like any web host, it may record basic technical details of a visit, such as internet address and browser type.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and browser storage

We use a small amount of storage in your browser to keep you signed in, to remember your background choice, and to hold logos you have not saved yet while the tab is open. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Saved logos and your account stay until you delete them or ask us to. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Daily counts are plain numbers for one day and are not used for anything except the daily limit.

Your choices

You can delete a saved logo yourself in My logos. To see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account, write to info@yaylogo.com from the email address on the account. We will do it within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights over your information. Write to us and we will honor them.

Children

Yay! Logo is for adults running a business or a project. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Where information is kept

We are based in the United States, and the services we use keep information there and in other countries. By using the site you agree to that.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date on it and tell account holders by email.
